Some factories that employ women carry on light industry, such as canning food or packaging drugs. Up until today, few women work in iron and steel industries. The design and architecture of the office must fit the capabilities of its personnel.

Teaching and health provide most opportunities for women among the professions that require a college or university education. However, generally, women hold the less important roles in these areas. An example would be, on hospitals, women nurse are abundant while women doctors or hospital administrators are rare. Also in the educational area, there are more women teaching elementary school than in colleges and there are fewer women school principals then men.

Women does not always possess the low positions in firms or countries. In fact in some cases, they are treated as leaders, initiators and executives of different businesses. They hold high positions in the government and in their respective companies. Women are also known to have more patience than men and they persevere more in their job. In some instances, different firms prefer employing women because they are more disciplined when compared to men.

We may look at this topic differently. It really is dependent on the location or country that we are at. In some cases, the country that we have still discriminates women, some defends them while some still fights for women?s rights. Different races may view this topic in different ways. It just is dependent on how we look at it.
