LAS VEGAS, NV?(Marketwire ? Mar 26, 2013) ? The Small Business Company, (PINKSHEETS: SBCO) ? DBA ? Select Business and Corporation Opportunities Inc., a Business Development Company and its portfolio company AJet Holdings/AstraJet dba Ryan International Airlines denies any knowledge or truth of a Press Release dated March 22, 2013. As quoted in the release by the?alleged CEO of Ryan (Mr. Jeff Clayton) apparently unbeknownst to us, Ryan has a new owner and new plans. We are seeking measures to determine who is responsible for these claims. One hundred percent (100%) of the stock of Ryan International Airlines of Rockford, Illinois belongs to AJet Holdings, LLC., of which SBCO is a shareholder and Managing Member. Mr. Clayton, a former Ryan pilot has a Nevada LLC of his own and although he has always expressed an interest in having AstraJet fly his Asian contracts for him, as of this date, we have no contractual dealings with him or his partners, but have no objections to working with him on ACMI contracts for his tour flights.
AstraJet has hired staff in Rockford and continues with their plans to have a fully operational airline in complete compliance. In addition, the company has hired two more Executives for their offices in Orlando. The projections are now escalating at more than ten percent (10%) of previously reported projections.
SBCO is taking an active part in financial and strategic operations consultation for expansion and sees the future as unlimited for the building of continued shareholder value.
