Saturday's York-Adams sports scoreboard

Following is Saturday's schedule of York-Adams sports events. Scores will be posted when they become available.

High School Swimming

PIAA Championships at Bucknell Class AAA Day 4

Girls' Preliminaries: 8 a.m.

--Northeastern's Niki Price qualified fifth in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:04.43. Price will advance to tonight's finals hoping to bring home another medal after winning the 100 butterfly Friday night.
--Dallastown's Alyssa Bixler failed to qualify for the finals in the 100 freestyle and the 100 backstroke. Bixler placed tenth in both events to make the consolation heats, however, only the top eight advanced to the finals.

Boys' Preliminaries: 10:30 a.m.

--Dallastown's Trevor Hine qualified sixth in the 500 freestyle and will participate in the finals starting at 8:15 p.m. tonight.
--The Dallastown 400 freestyle relay team failed to qualify for the finals. The Wildcats placed 12th to make the consolation heat, however, only the top eight advanced to the finals.

Boys' Diving Championships: 1:30 p.m.

Girls' Championships and Consolations: 5:45 p.m.

--Northeastern's Niki Price wrapped up her history-making two days with a sixth place finish in the 100 breaststroke. Price finished with a time of 1:04.33, which was behind first-place Emily Cameron of Warwick (1:02.15).
--Dallastown's Alyssa Bixler placed second in the 100 freestyle and sixth in the 100 backstroke consolation events.

Boys' Championships and Consolations: 8:15 p.m.

--Dallastown's Trevor Hine finished seventh in the 500 freestyle with a time of 4:39.37. Zachary Buerger of North Allegheny won with a time of 4:28.12.
